Q: What are your shipping options?
A: We offer:
- Standard (2-4 business days) via Correos
- Express (1-2 business days) via Correos Express/DHL
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders placed before 4:00 PM CET (Mon-Fri) ship same day. Weekend/holiday orders process next business day.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within mainland Spain (excludes Balearic/Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla).
Returns & Refunds
Q: What’s your return policy?
A:
- Defective items: Free return/replacement (report within 48 hours)
- Change of mind: 14-day return window (unopened, unused)
- Non-returnable: Custom builds, digital products, used hardware
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Refunds process within 5 business days after we receive your return. Bank processing may add 3-5 days.
Q: Are there restocking fees?
A: No fees for defective items. €6.99 return shipping applies to change-of-mind returns.

A: New/unused in original packaging with all accessories.

A: Yes! Exchanges are free for defective/wrong items. Change-of-mind exchanges subject to availability.

A: All prices are in EUR (€). Your bank handles conversion.
